Bạn có thể gửi yêu cầu truy cập, sửa hoặc xóa dữ liệu liên quan tới mình. Đây là kênh tiếp nhận để đội vận hành xác minh và xử lý thủ công, không phải công cụ tự động xóa mọi bản sao.

1. Gửi email tới hello@waifu.vn, nêu loại yêu cầu và phạm vi dữ liệu bạn muốn kiểm tra.
2. Ghi rõ nền tảng và mã tài khoản hoặc đường dẫn hồ sơ, cùng khoảng thời gian tương tác nếu có. Với bản tin, ghi địa chỉ email đã đăng ký. Tên hiển thị có thể trùng, nên có thể cần thêm bước xác minh quyền kiểm soát tài khoản. Không gửi mật khẩu, mã đăng nhập hay giấy tờ tùy thân trong yêu cầu ban đầu.
3. Đội vận hành kiểm tra danh tính và các kho dữ liệu thuộc phạm vi yêu cầu trước khi xác nhận kết quả. Bạn có thể dùng cùng chuỗi email để hỏi tình trạng; phản hồi cần nêu phần đã xử lý, phần còn lại và lý do nếu có. Không coi việc gửi email hay hủy nhận bản tin là bằng chứng dữ liệu đã được xóa.

Phạm vi và giới hạn. Chưa có xác minh đầy đủ về thời hạn lưu dữ liệu cũ, nhật ký và bản sao lưu của toàn hệ thống. Trang này không cam kết xóa toàn bộ trong 30 ngày. Thời hạn pháp luật áp dụng vẫn cần được thực hiện theo từng yêu cầu; thông báo này không thay thế quyền của bạn. Dữ liệu do Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Discord, dịch vụ thanh toán hoặc người khác giữ có thể cần yêu cầu trực tiếp tới bên đó, kể cả bản sao đã công khai hay chia sẻ lại.

Gỡ quyền ứng dụng Facebook dừng quyền truy cập tương ứng, không tự chứng minh rằng dữ liệu đã lưu trong hệ thống hoặc trên nền tảng được xóa. Hủy nhận bản tin dừng email tiếp theo nhưng giữ bản ghi đăng ký cho tới khi được xử lý riêng. Xem chính sách quyền riêng tư để biết các loại dữ liệu và giới hạn đang rà soát.

You can request access, correction or deletion of data relating to you. This is a manual intake and verification process, not an automatic tool that erases every copy.

1. Email hello@waifu.vn, stating the request and the data scope you want checked.
2. Include the platform and account identifier or profile link, plus an approximate interaction period if known. For newsletters, state the subscribed email address. Display names can be duplicated, so further account-control verification may be needed. Do not send passwords, login codes or identity documents in your initial request.
3. The operator checks identity and the stores within scope before confirming the result. Use the same email thread to ask for status; the response should identify what was handled, what remains and any reason. Sending an email or unsubscribing is not proof that deletion is complete.

Scope and limits. Retention of legacy data, logs and backups across the whole system has not been fully verified. This page does not promise universal erasure within 30 days. Applicable legal response periods still need to be met for each request; this notice does not replace your rights. Copies held by Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Discord, payment services or other people may require requests directly to them, including public or reshared copies.

Removing Facebook app permissions stops the corresponding access but does not prove previously stored copies were deleted. Newsletter unsubscribe stops further broadcasts but retains the signup record until separately handled. See the privacy policy for data categories and items still under review.
